Federico brings a global perspective shaped by diverse cultures and experiences having lived in four countries. He has led operations across iconic assets including the Burj Khalifa, Hilton, and Sonder, where he drove the brands’ growth in the UAE. Fede founded Chapter One to redefine how people live, stay, and experience space, while creating lasting value for owners and investors.

Originally from Italy and having lived across four continents, Federico brings a global perspective shaped by diverse cultures and experiences. With a background spanning hotels, traditional residential, and residential hospitality, he has led operations across iconic assets including the Burj Khalifa, Hilton, and Sonder, where he drove the brand’s growth in the UAE. Blending operational expertise with a passion for design and human-centered hospitality, he founded Chapter One to redefine how people live, stay, and experience space, while creating lasting value for owners and investors.

Originally from Morocco, Ilyas brings strong operational expertise gained at Sonder and Hilton. With a background in both hospitality and serviced living, he leads Chapter One’s operations with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and guest experience.
